1 lb of shishito peppers (if you want to make more, just use more olive oil and salt than this calls for)
2 tsp garlic salt
2 tbs oilve oil
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Once hot, add the shishito peppers. Cook for 8 minutes on medium heat, tossing every now and then to get each side browned. Once the peppers start to wrinkle all over and are well-browned, toss them with the salt. This should be towards the end of your cooking time.
Try adding a little pepper or red pepper flakes to up the flavor!
