Pasta – I used Pasta d’Oro brand spaghetti – as much as you want for your portion
2 cups miso broth
1/4 cup cream cheese
pepper – to taste
1/4 cup white onion – sliced
2 tbs parsley – fresh chopped or dried doesn’t matter
Prepare your pasta according to the package and drain.
While pasta is cooking, combine miso broth, onion and parsley into another pot. Bring to a boil then add cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese is melted, over medium heat. Add some pepper for a little spice, if you’d like.
Once the cream cheese is melted and combined in the broth, add in your pasta. Stir and serve!
