This is a simple and pretty traditional Italian dish. It takes only a few minutes and has a great pop of garlic. If you aren’t big on having garlic seeping out of your pores like I am just cut back on the garlic!
pasta – make sure you get gluten-free as it suits your needs – I go for the quinoa spaghetti or linguine style. I also cook light so half a box makes a meal for two in my house.
3 or 4 cloves garlic – chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
Cook your pasta as per the instructions on the package.
In a small skillet, heat the 1/2 cup of olive oil. Once hot, after about 2 minutes, toss in your garlic. Let cook on medium to low for about 8 minutes or until the garlic is brown and crunchy.
Server the olive oil over your pasta and done! So easy and so delicious, try this with a good bottle of Sangiovese!
